Before returning a product

Return eligibility depends on the item and the conditions shown when you purchased it. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back so we can confirm the available options and provide instructions.

Condition and shipping

Eligible items should be unused, with tags and original packaging, unless your return instructions state otherwise. Use or damage may affect the refund. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility unless we state otherwise or the law requires otherwise.

Damage, faults or incorrect items

Inspect the order when it arrives and contact us promptly if something is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include a description and useful photographs. Ask us about exchange options before returning an item.

Refunds

We review returned items and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged. Your provider may need additional processing time. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after a reasonable time.
