Order processing

Unless a listing says otherwise, we usually process orders within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon, on weekends or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Destinations, delivery and charges

We currently ship to the United States. Available delivery methods, estimated transit times and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Costs depend on the delivery address, order weight and chosen service; any available free shipping is shown there.

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and other events may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is supported, your dispatch email provides a number or link. Allow time for the carrier to update its records.

Address changes and problems

Check your address carefully. Contact us promptly about corrections, cancellation, a missing parcel or damage. Changes may be possible before dispatch; orders already in transit cannot normally be changed. Any applicable cancellation refund is returned to the original payment method where possible.

Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
