After placing an order, check the confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout. Use its order-status link to review your order.

After dispatch

Where tracking is available, the shipping confirmation includes the carrier details and tracking link. Tracking may take time to appear after a label is created; a label alone does not mean the parcel is already moving.

Need an update?

Check your spam folder and confirm the email address entered at checkout. If you cannot find the confirmation or your tracking has stopped updating, contact us with your order number and the email used for your order.
